MARY KAY GLAMOUR VOXBOX
So...I got a chance to try out some Mary Kay (www.marykay.com) products thanks to Influenster (www.influenster.com)

I tried all of the products but one.. This is because my sister didnt have a concealer brush or eye color brush and I gave to her since it was her 21st birthday. She did use the brush and loved it. I asked if it shed or was rough on her eyes and she said it was amazing.. she now understands why i have so many makeup brushes for so many different things. Im teaching her well... ;)
As for the cream eye shadow. I fell in love from the start! Ive tried cream shadows in the past and had creasing issues and this product was just amazing! The first time I used it was for a night out and I just swept it all over my lid using my finger and used an eco tools fluffy crease brush to blend the edges with a brown toned shadow that matched my skin tone. It was a quick effortless eye look and lasted till the next morning..and yes i know its bad to sleep in makeup, but I have done this for years and my skin is just used to it..lol. I also used this color as a base for a brown smokey look and it also did wonders.. Here is a pic of that look..
In this pic I also was using the lash primer, the lash love mascara, and the lip color. The lash primer seperated and lengthened my lashes so beautifully. I love that its clear and not white. It prepped my lashes for the mascara. When I put on the mascara my lashes were the best Id ever seen them. Seperated with no clumps.. No mascara on my upper or lower lids. Make sure you do take your time and it will turn out beautiful. The length is what got me. I looked like I had false lashes on..it was pretty awesome.. My only complaint for the mascara was that it scratched my tight line a bit and left my eye just a little irritated. That was my first time using it and just made sure not to go to close to my tight line and it worked beautifully. The lipstick had to be my favorite. I think this color was meant for me. I have neutral undertones but dark hair color and eye color naturally and this looked sooo beautiful on. I do have a minor issue and thats for my normally chapped lips. I have to use a chapstick or something really moisturizing which was the nivea lip butter in rasberry rose kiss..under this lip color or it will come out looking chalky and enhance the chapped parts of your lips. So experiment ladies..lots of trial and error and what you may think doesnt work for you might actually work if you try it a different way. I hope you all enjoyed my review and this is just one of many reviews Im going to continue to do in the near future once this babies start back to school this fall..
